Felt Pouch

This unique handmade felt pouch is crafted from 100% wool felt, inspired by the soft, natural colours of the North Sea coastline around Aberdeen.

Embroidered on the front is a Triquetra motif, stitched with beautiful mustard-coloured vintage 100% wool yarn made in Finland. A crocheted handle, created using the Tunisian crochet technique, adds both character and practicality.

The Triquetra is an ancient Celtic symbol formed by three interwoven arcs, representing eternity, unity, and the interconnectedness of life. Often associated with the Celtic belief in the power of three, it can symbolize the harmony of mind, body, and spirit, or the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. Its endless knot design reflects the enduring nature of life and the bonds that connect all things.

These little pouches are what my friend Katie affectionately calls "3D doodles"—small, tactile works of textile art, each one completely unique.
